Angelique grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area of California with both of her parents and sister, she then moved to Abilene, Texas to attend University. Her father, a retired avionics engineer and her mother, a former math teacher turned legal secretary. Angelique was raised to work hard, to love Jesus, and to serve in the local church. Her parents became believers when she was just four years old. After retiring, her parents moved from California to St. Louis, Missouri to plant a church with her sister, Michele and her family in 2016. Angelique fell in love with Texas when she came for school, and at the same time met the love of her life, Jacob.  They married, and have settled down with their four beautiful children Niah, Tanner, Taylor, and Caleb whom have called Abilene, Texas home for over twenty years.  Jacob served at their local church as the Creative Pastor for nineteen years before resigning to be a successful media business owner in 2019.  Angelique is a former 7th grade science teacher who loved teaching students. She resigned answering a tug on her heart to be in ministry and was a fitness instructor before receiving the news that she was 20 weeks pregnant at the age of 39, just shy of 40.  It was after the birth of their youngest son Caleb that Angelique began to research Judges chapters four and five. After gleaning so much revelation from studying the two chapters, she then began to author the Deborah Study, finding herself in the middle of a new season of transition and placement.
